On that topic, would yall have been okay seeing ads on iron marines and kr if it meant it would help keeping the studio running? Those of you who liked iron marines, would you have been willing to see ads occasionally between levels if it meant keeping the game afloat with active updates?įinally, what happened in the last update of iron marines, between 1.5.15 and 1.5.21? What's the most recent new thing to be added, or was it just a debug or something? I can understand that it may have cost a lot of resources to make and maybe, ironhide being a small studio, they couldn't afford to keep it going - but I don't really see what made it less profitable than the KR games. Seeing as the Borealis update was ages ago ive arrived at the conclusion that they've basically killed the game - no more active updates. Apart from that, it was a really fun game and I still haven't finished - I'm about to start Borealis and looking forward to it. Yh so why did Iron Marines fail? What was wrong with it? The only glaringly obvious thing I can see is that it is admittedly quite complicated, but I personally had little trouble getting to grips with it - however all of my friends who I recommended it to said they didn't understand it either. First off the reason I'm asking here is apparently the iron marines sub has been deleted? If anyone knows why or if it's coming back lmk pls but it was a tiny sub anyway so I'd probably have asked on here anyway lol.
